Previously, he was CEO and President of Grupo RBS, one of Brazil’s largest multimedia companies.
At Grupo RBS, Eduardo launched one of Brazil’s first venture capital funds.
After a successful entrepreneurial journey, founding and selling three different companies in Brazil and the US, he joined Booz Allen Hamilton in 2001 as a Senior Consultant in the US.
Eduardo has been recognized as one of Brazil’s most influential business leaders, winning accolades such as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the Cambridge Institute for Family Enterprise Award twice.
He plays a significant leadership role in the areas of business and social responsibility in Brazil.

Guilherme has been a Partner and Head of Global Markets at eB Capital since 2024.
Quintal, who has more than 15 years’ experience in global investments, served as VP of Private Equity in the Investment division of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund.
He was the first Latin American to join the Saudi sovereign wealth fund and one of the youngest incumbent CEOs appointed by the Board of Directors of a portfolio company.
In the United States, Guilherme worked at the San Francisco hedge fund Cannel Capital and at the private equity firm Riata Corporate Group.
In Latin America, he spent most of his career in Alvarez & Marsal’s restructuring and special situations group.
